  • I work with women who are struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, stress, which keeps them stuck and afraid to move forward towards their dreams.

  • I work with women who are ready to embrace their vulnerability, receptivity, and intuition.

  • I work with women who have spent their lives hiding behind others and and shrinking into mediocrity to fit in - yet feeling lost in an ocean of insecurities and isolation. Women drowning  in the vortex of negative self-talk and self-judgements that’s prevented them from enjoying healthy relationships with both themselves and others.

Our souls long for celebration, community and self expression!

I am a catalyst and I will provoke, confront, and elevate you to your excellence.

My program isn’t for everyone, however it’s for you if you have already climbed out of victimhood and now take full responsibility for your choices and actions. You no longer play the blame game and are now searching for new possibilities - a life that will liberate you from fear, shame, inadequacy and regret. You know deep down that you are worthy and are willing to invest in yourself.
